1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using robotmoney.network (the "Site"), including its analytics dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only — they do not govern your interaction with the Robot Money protocol's onchain smart contracts, which is addressed separately in the Legal Disclaimers.
2. What the Site Provides
The Site is an informational and analytics interface: it displays protocol data, market data, and third-party data about onchain agents, tokens, vaults, and wallets. The Site does not custody funds, execute trades, or act as an intermediary in any transaction. Any onchain action you take is executed directly by your own wallet against public smart contracts, entirely outside the Site's control.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any gated area, account, or system; (c) scrape or bulk-extract data from the Site in a manner that degrades service for others; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any submission or intake form; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Community Submissions
Where the Site accepts community submissions (for example, proposing an agent, coin, vault, or wallet for tracking), you represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected, edited, or removed at any time without notice.
5. Third-Party Data and Links
The Site displays data sourced from onchain reads and third-party providers (including block explorers and market-data services) and links to third-party sites. Robot Money does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data or sites. Data displayed on the Site may be delayed, incomplete, or stale — see each page's provenance notice where one is shown.
6. No Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOT MONEY'S CONTRIBUTORS AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY DATA DISPLAYED ON IT.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
