Token Economics
Fair launch via Bankr on Base, 0% premine. Swap fees on its own pool fund buybacks. Tokenholder control of the allocation is planned, not live.
What $ROBOTMONEY Does
One mechanism runs today: swap fees fund buybacks, and the tokens bought are burned. The two governance mechanisms below are designed, not built. Each card says which it is.
Allocation Authority (planned)
Not live. There is no ballot, no quorum and no vote contract. Allocation changes are proposed by the swarm and executed by the admin multisig. Moving that authority to holders is planned, with no ship date.
Inclusion Demand (planned)
Not live, and downstream of the vote above. The design: a token clears a published eligibility filter, then holders weight it, so ecosystems and agent treasuries would hold $ROBOTMONEY to push for inclusion. No filter and no ballot exist yet, so neither does the demand.
Supply Reduction
Live. The protocol's only revenue is its share of the 1% fee on every $ROBOTMONEY swap. There is no management fee. When that revenue covers a purchase, the protocol buys $ROBOTMONEY on the open market and burns it. The buyback record is below.
Design Principles
The protocol is structured around four principles.
Fair launch
No team allocation. No pre-sale. No insider tranche. All tokens entered the Uniswap v4 pool through Clanker's liquidity staircase at launch.
Permanent liquidity
LP locked until 2100 via Clanker's locker contract. The protocol earns swap fees from its own pool rather than paying inflationary rewards to mercenary LPs.
Open vault
Vault logic is open and verifiable on Base. Allocation changes are proposed by the swarm and executed by the admin multisig. Handing that authority to token holders is planned, not built.
Bounded governance
When holder governance ships, it covers sleeve weights and nothing else. No vote on the protocol wallets, no marketing vote, no operations vote. The constraint is written down now, before there is anything to vote on.
The swarm proposes. The multisig executes.
Two parties move the allocation today: an independent swarm that files signed takes, and the admin multisig that decides whether to apply the result. Token holders are not in that loop yet.
Daily Swarm Review
The swarm runs on a daily cadence and reviews one portfolio per session. The Robot Money allocation is one of the portfolios it reviews. Members file signed takes independently and cannot read each other's until the window closes. The recommendation vector is the arithmetic mean over the take set, so anyone holding the published takes can recompute it and check the number. Applying it to the vault is gated by the admin multisig. Sessions and takes are at /swarm.
Standing Weights
Nothing moves on its own. The current weights stand until the multisig applies a new proposal, so the fund always has a stated allocation. There is no quorum rule here, because there is no vote.
Four Sleeves
The allocation is four sleeves, not three buckets: Fixed Income, Small Cap Tokens, Protocol Tokens, Real World Assets. Live weights and the date they were set are published at /allocation. No monthly holder vote sets them. Tokenholder voting on sleeve weights is planned.
The Inclusion Economy (planned)
None of this is built. It is the intended shape of tokenholder governance, written down so it can be checked against what ships. Two parts.
The filter would set the eligible set.
A token would have to clear a published quantitative filter before any holder could weight it, and holders could not add one that fails. No such filter runs today.
The vote would set the weighting within that set.
Ecosystems, agent treasuries and holders that wanted a qualifying token weighted would hold $ROBOTMONEY and vote on it. That is where structural demand for the token would come from. There is no vote contract, so today it does not.
The filter would govern eligibility. Holders would govern weighting. Both would be public. Neither exists yet.
Discretionary Buybacks
Buybacks are funded by one thing: the protocol's share of the 1% fee on every $ROBOTMONEY swap. There is no management fee, and the 0.25% vault exit fee stays in the vault with the remaining depositors, so it is not protocol revenue either. That income is thin at this size, which is why buybacks are occasional and discretionary rather than scheduled. Purchased tokens are sent to the dead address (0x000…dEaD) and removed from circulation permanently.
Mechanism
- 01Swap fees accrue to the Robot Money protocol wallets.
- 02When the balance covers a purchase, a buyback is initiated.
- 03$ROBOTMONEY is purchased on the Uniswap v4 pool.
- 04Purchased tokens are burned to 0x000…dEaD.

Fees & Revenue
$ROBOTMONEY trades on Uniswap v4. Each swap incurs a 1% fee, split as follows:
Fee Distribution
Revenue Streams
Mechanism Precedents
Two established protocols inform the design.
Curve
Gauge-style allocation voting. Token holders direct where capital flows; projects acquire and hold the governance token to influence inclusion. Robot Money's planned governance borrows the pattern, and would gate the eligible set by an independent quantitative filter rather than by emissions, so influence could not compound through lock-up schemes that reward incumbents. The gauge vote itself is not built.
Botto
Minimal governance surface. Holders vote on allocation only, not on treasury, marketing or operations, and the agent executes a default if quorum is not met. Robot Money carries the same constraint into its planned governance, and the vault is open to third-party deposits, so the capital base is not bounded by the token's market cap.
How to Participate
Two paths. Both use the same on-chain infrastructure.
Vault Depositor
Deposit USDC to the vault contract via any Base-compatible wallet, via Bankr, or programmatically via the OpenClaw skill.
Vault shares. The vault holds USDC deployed across Aave, Morpho and Compound. Withdraw at NAV anytime, minus a 0.25% exit fee that stays in the vault. The published allocation is four sleeves, with live weights at /allocation.
Token Holder
Buy $ROBOTMONEY on Uniswap v4 (Base) via the Clanker pool, Bankr, or any Base DEX aggregator.
Exposure to supply reduction from buybacks funded by swap fees. Governance is planned, not live: there is no vote to join today.
Robot Money is not a registered investment vehicle. This page describes a protocol mechanism. The token has no claim on vault returns. Consult legal counsel before participating.
